At $199/month, you get everything in the Text plan plus the ability to talk things out over the phone. It's a great fit if you process better out loud or just need to hear a supportive voice in a tough moment.

It's a single 60-minute session with a certified specialist — no membership required. At $90, it's a one-time option for when you want real support without a monthly commitment. Pay only for what you need.

Yes. You can have an active membership and still book individual video sessions whenever you need them. Each is billed separately.

None. Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by calling 980-999-0591 or emailing admin@yoursupport.team. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

We don't accept insurance. All plans are self-pay. This keeps things simple, private, and free from paperwork or approvals.
